I had a lovely stay at Mercure Lille Roubaix Grand Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt welcome. The hotel is in a central location, making it easy to access the metro. The room was comfortable and clean, which added to my overall positive experience.

A cosy, clean hotel in the downtown with quick metro access. Breakfast was delightful. The family room offered a peaceful stay especially the soundproof feature.

We had a family room that was super cozy and surprisingly soundproof! The breakfast spread was really good, especially the fresh pastries. Just a heads up, parking can be a hassle since the lot fills up quick. Wish the coffee in the room was a bit more generous, though.
